IMPORTANT CHANGES FROM THE 01/01/2021

The UK left the European Union on 31 January 2020.  Additional import charges and Value Added Tax (VAT) apply when you buy from websites in the UK from the 1st January 2021

Please check what customs and VAT may apply before you order if purchasing outside the UK.

Customs charges and VAT charges will not be paid by The Dog and Bone Company. If you have been charged customs and VAT these charges will not be refunded. 

 

SHIPPING 

UK - ROYAL MAIL is experiencing some delays currently. 1st Class can take up to 14 days to  arrive.  

 

INTERNAL-  Shipping is taking approximately 2-3 weeks and also  8-10 weeks depending on your location. 

Please allow for these delays when placing your order.

TURNAROUND TIMES 

All products sold by The Dog and Bone Company are all individually handcrafted.
We currently have a high volume of orders and turnaround times are Approx 20 working days (This does not include postage times ) I appreciate this is such a long time to wait and I’m doing my best to get these times reduced.
