Order times I Postage & Shipping

Processing times

The approximate time for making your order and it being ready for posting is currently 20 working days (Monday- Friday) however this may be sooner in less busier times.
In busier times this may increase and customers can find updates on our social media channels, as well as at the top of our website.
International orders will be sent within the same time scale.

Our turnaround times of approximately 20 working days does not cover custom orders placed or requested. These will have additional times to the 20 working days. Please check before ordering if you would like more information. 

We will always endeavour to complete orders as soon as possible but as the turnaround time is an approximate, then it may go slightly over on some occasions. We would advise that if your order is over the turnaround time by 5 days to then contact The Dog and Bone Company. 

 

Shipping/Delivery times 

Once your order has been dispatched it will then be under the turnaround times of the company used.

UK- Royal Mail

International- Your countries main postage service.

The dog and bone company are not responsible for any delays incurred whilst your order is with them. If you have selected a tracked service you can access the tracking via the dispatch email you received.

Please note

Orders will not be refunded or resent until the postal service lost parcel time frames are met which are 14 days after posting for UK and 28 days for outside the UK. These can be found on the courier service website. If you order hasn’t arrived within the timeframe please contact The dog and bone company for further assistance. 

Should you miss any delivery attempts and the parcel is sent back to The Dog and Bone Company then you will be required to pay for postage again. If a refund is requested this will be minus the postage costs. 

In the unlikely event that you receive your parcel from Royal Mail with a postage underpaid label and fee, it is advised to go directly to Royal Mail to have this charge checked again. If the payment of this fee is made, then we will require of copy of the receipt for this payment before refunding. Stickers on parcel alone will not be accepted.

We cannot guarantee the actual delivery times and they will depend on the postage company and any delays they are dealing with at the time.
